Have any other users had issues with the voicemail to text conversion feature? It hardly ever captures the voicemail correctly. I understand that a bot is doing the conversion and it's not meant to be 100% accurate. Just wondering if there have been any complaints or planned improvements for this feature?

I would say, if there is something specific that you are trying to increase visibility on as far as features, please check into the Ideas Portal and search to see if there are any ideas associated with improvements you'd like to see OR add your own ideas so we can help get them bubbled up to the Product Team.
