New accounts not receiving invite emails

Created 4 new users in Ringcentral Meetings, none of them received the invitation emails to activate the accounts.  Nothing in spam filters, nothing in email logs.  Tried the "resend invite" button many times, popup says "A new welcome email has been sent" but no email is ever received.

Tried to create support case but told that they will not help because this is a free account.

Update: As of this morning it looks like Ringcentral Meeting invites have been fixed.
