Desktop App PC High Memory Usage

I am feeling my laptop become slower with RC, is this usage of memory usual? It spikes on bootup

Device name Lenovo X1 Carbon

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz

Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)

500GB SSD

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

While the link works, it will not allow me to submit. At first it tells me I'm not logged in even though I am.. But once I fill out the ticket the Submit button does absolutely nothing. Not sure why it refuses to keep me logged in nor submit.
