can not place or receive calls. application has lost connection to the Ringcentral service.

Hi All,

One of our RC users getting the error on her RC desktop application "can not place or receive calls. an application has lost connection to the Ringcentral service".
She can not make/ receive calls.

Please let us know how can we t.shoot this.

Yes, the User tried to uninstall and reinstall the application. It doesn't fix the issue.

Hi, Yes, we have tried reinstalling the application but no luck. Still the issue is there
