Assigning a number from inventory as Company Fax

We ported over our main phone number and what was our fax number previously. Am I able to assign what was our fax number before to the company fax in RingCentral? How do I do that?

Yes, you can! Please get in touch with Technical Support to do this for you. They have the option to swap the numbers. Submit a ticket at https://support.ringcentral.com/new-case.html.
