SMS messages are down

What is going on that SMS messages are down ? I tried calling Ringcentral and some Indian guy answered you can barely understand anything.

Verizon is the provider that we are having issues with

@RP EXPEDITING It is my understanding that there was an SMS outage. You can monitor that outage on the Status Page.
