Will I have SMS after 3/31 if campaigns not yet registered?

I just received notice of the new TCR rules this weekend. While I immediately started the process, it doesn't seem likely it will be complete by 3/31. I am an attorney who has some clients who prefer to communicate via text. If suddenly I can't respond after 3/31, I could have some unhappy clients. I'm not at all happy with RC's rollout of this process.

I understand how frustrating this is, @sally-bergman - as I said, I'm happy to monitor and escalate as needed.
