Campaign TCR Status - Registration Unsuccessful

Hello - Help Please!

I just completed the campaign section for our company and it immediately provided a "Registration unsuccessful' so when I click on the little (i) next to it the only explanation it provides is "Internal Server Error"

What does this mean?

I followed the steps accordingly and answered all the questions, but I'm not sure why we got this TCR status. Please advise.

If you listed web address you need proper Termas and Conditions and Privacy Policy links on site describing your sms policy. I'm dealing with the same thing.

This page appears to lay out pretty clearly how to achieve this.
