My company just got new Poly VVX 450 phones, and our primary operators have the expansion module with 30 additional line keys. We each added 20-25 internal extensions using the Ring Central App (in the HUD menu), but the results were inconsistent.
Some of our phones displayed contacts on the expansion module only (skipping line keys 3-12 on the phone screen) while others started on line key 3 (on the phone screen) before spilling over to the expansion module. I can't find any setting that controls this.
Is it possible to skip those line keys on the phone itself and start the contacts on the expansion module (I assume it would be line key 13)?
