Hey Jeff, this has already rolled out :) However, we did run into a snag and sometimes Presence doesn't always display correctly. I'm awaiting more info about when the fix for this bug is scheduled to be applied
This still doesn't work fully for me. I'm on the latest version of Ring Central (Glip). It has never worked for me, though I see it work for other users in my company.
It doesn't matter if I start the the meeting or not, no matter what I still remain green and receive notifications.
