No digital line is associated

hi,

I have a sandbox account and when i am trying for webrtc, it is giving notification saying "You cannot use this device to make PSTN calls including Emergency calls since no Digital line is associated"

can you please help me here, for my number digital line is available. because of this error i am not able to processed further to check webrtc.

Login your sandbox account Web service and follow the instruction in this site to add a digital line to your environment. It is free so you can ignore the cost because it is just a pro-forma invoice.
