I am having an issue with sending calls over to Infusionsoft. At the moment we are using Zapier which sends over all missed calls and missed calls with voicemail. This is great. The issue is that it doesn't send over the rejected calls. These are technically missed as this either happens when the call handler rejects the call or there is another technical issue. Can anyone help with this? I was wondering if it could be done by way of a webhook, but I have no idea how that could work. The easiest would be if Zapier could identify all rejected as missed but unfortunately it doesn't. It just means we are missing lead because of this as the rejected ones get sent to email or are on the call log, but this is an additional task for us to do and we then need to cross refer with the ones that have been sent to Infusionsoft.
