Call Queue and Call Waiting

Hello there!


Is there a feature that can be enabled that tells the caller you are the (**) caller in the call queue.. expected wait time is....

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

That's a basic Contact Center feature, but I don't see it in RC Office queue settings.
