Help Using Yealink W70B

I would like to use the Yealink W70B to connect multiple handsets to the same line. I provisioned the base successfully, but cannot get handset to call out or receive calls. Anyone familiar with how to set this up, or if it even works this way?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

The base has 3 lights which should be in solid green.
Then you just have to pair the additional handsets to the base. Try googling "ringcentral pair handset yealink"
