Creating Custom Cover Sheets

RC Cover Page Error.JPGI had a user that needed a custom cover page with the sender phone number changed. When I tried to do a test cover page in the RC app it would not upload (docx or pdf), got an error.

Did you edit the sample.docx directly? I found I had to download, edit, and then save and rename it directly for it to upload successfully.
