Need a contact for the Fraud Department

Fraud occurred on one of our phone extensions. Tried to communicate with the Fraud department for two days in order to remedy the situation with the phone extension and to ensure that fraud does not occur in the future. Opened a ticket in the portal and it was closed without resolution and have sent multiple emails to the fraud department as well as waiting on hold for hours only to be told that the rep that is assigned is unavailable. Can someone please help?

Hello and thank you for your reply. It's been 4 days since the issue occurred and have had no communication from the ticket owner how to correct the situation and prevent reoccurrence.
