Hi, I am a super admin user and I can't send text messages using our company number. I can receive text messages but I can't reply to the conversation. Text messages using my direct number works fine but having troubles with company number. Thanks!

Hi Rodel - Had the same question (I think). I was unable to get the answer from the implementation team, eventually reached out to our contract rep and he pointed me to this.

Appears some new regulations require all this info and we stopped short for the moment to re-think our business use case. Good luck.
