Business Analytics Subscription

How do we get the subscription to update the time span? I have a report created that is for Monday -- Saturday to email weekly, but it just keeps sending us the same date span and doesn't update for the next week.

Are you talking about using the Analytics dashboard or using API? If you asked about using the app, please post your question in the "User community". If you asked about using the API, please clarify you question as how you implemented your app.
