No SMS on our number

I'm not able to send SMS messages from our account. Please help

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Is this a new account?
If so, you may need to register your company with TCR to use the SMS feature.

Hello @Road Heroes Towing

Yes, as Becky mentioned, SMS doesn't come in enable on RingCentral phone numbers by default. It has to be enabled by your administrator via TCR registration process. And good news is that it's all self serve in our admin portal.
