Integrate RC actions in Salesforce Process Builder

We are considering pursuing this in our org.

It would be helpful to have the call pop when someone calls in, but beyond that, what is possible? Can we automate processes with process builder based on actions taken within the dialer?

The RC integration is very limited and RC didn't do any updates to the Salesforce integration for years if you are using Salesforce lightning the incoming call is not going to work for you to. Work flow is not working with RC.

Has it become possible to hook into call events and have them trigger process builder actions?

Hi Simon,

We do not have a readily available way for you to trigger process builder from the integration. However you can use our open platform API's. Also I am interested in learning about your use case to add features in our roadmap around process builder. Would you be open to providing us the details of your use case. Is it possible to customize the Task  type that  RC creates after a call ends? Currently it's just blank.

Potentially then we could trigger a process builder to run when a new task of type 'RC call' or similar is created.

Hi Simon.
1. We update to the latest ver and when customer call in the customer need to display and this is not working on lightning it is overwriting what we are working on instead of having a popup with the name.
2. You can't click to text link in the Croome plugin.
3.whan you transfer a call you can't do worm transfer.4. we can't use texting with a workflow.5. text template.and much more
