How do you stop calls coming in to an active line? We have multiple calls at the same time so the Refused Call total is very high.

How do you stop a call from coming in to a user whose line is already active? We are experiencing multiple calls at the same time which means that the Refused Call total is very high.

Is the line assigned to the RingCentral App or on a desk phone?

we would also like this feature. currently our users are on the phone and the extension call queues are pushing into the calls making it hard to concentrate on calls.
