ty for response. they are wanting to use dial in by their deskphone not tablet
If they are wanting to use a deskphone to check the voicemail, it must be assigned to an extension and the extension associated with a deskphone.
I might recommend you work with Support directly to set this up on the deskphone you are wanting to be able to check the queue voicemail. You can access our contact page HERE.

You can call the extension of the call queue, and when the greeting plays hit *, enter PIN. Get the call queue extension under Call Queues when logged in as supeadmin.
