Is it possible to configure the system so that if no one in a department answers, the call is automatically forwarded to a different pre-defined department? If so, how? Example: Call comes in and Auto-Receptionist sends call to Department ABC. If no one in ABC answers the call, then the call is automatically routed to Department XYZ. The transfer between ABC and XYZ should not require any action from the caller.
