Hello All,

Is it possible to change the outgoing caller ID name for a number that is set as auto receptionist?

Participating Frequently

Submit a support ticket requesting a CNAM update for the number in question. CNAM can be a max of 15 characters.

RC will push the CNAM out to the CNAM clearinghouses. Carriers are responsible for updating their databases.
