Day/Month/Year vs Month/Day/Year Settings?

Texts and calls in the inbox show up as Day/Month/Year

This has thrown some reps off here in USA :)

Is there any way to change time logs to Month/Day/Year?

    Under Phone Settings / Auto Receptionist / General Settings - choose your Site, and then under Regional Settings, you can choose which type of format to use:

     

     

     

    Hope that helps - it’s not on the main beaten path - so not often seen.
