Deleting Non-Active User

We have had a user somehow added into our live site with a misspelled email address but is not showing in Admin Portal under Manage Users. How do you delete?

Hi @Jacquelyn Krouse, on the Admin Portal, go to Users > Users with Extensions > select the user's extension > click User Details > General > Edit the email address > Save.
