Does the RingCentral express link sign in method work for anyone else?

No matter which platform I am signing into, it does not work. I get the email to confirm my email from RingCentral. I click the link and then a RingCentral webpage opens with just a button that says "Launch Application." Once I click the link, it just loads and nothing happens.
