I am looking for an alternate ATA since the Polycom OBi302 are not available and would like some feedback on this
Grandstream GS-HT802 2 Port Analog Telephone Adapter
as an alternate.
Any info would be appreciated

I've used them and I'm not a fan. You're better off to wait for the OBi or get an SPA 122.
