How do I remove user and assign to another user

How do I remove a user and assign to another user who is not yet in the system?

Hello Eric,

1. Disabled the extension you wish to give to the new employee.

2. Delete it and it will go to Unassigned Extension. (Users > User List > Unassigned Extensions)

3. Re-assign it to the new employee.
