How do you file share with the free version?

I am unable to attach a file in the free version on ringcentral. Why is that? Is there a file size limit? I have looked inthis community and gone under the Administration tab but file sharing isn't a setting I can adjust. Please help!

You should be able to see the paper clip icon like the screenshot below.

Yes-- It allows me to pick the file but then it won't attach. The attament is red. I have chosen attachments that are 19kb and they still will not attach.

hello! I'm trying again. I am trying to attach just a regular pdf.
