How do you share a print screen from SnagIt?

Hello...Is there a way to share print screens when chatting? It doesn't seem to work with SnagIt or the Snipping Tool.

I'm new to RingCentral. When I'm using the chat with my co-workers, there are times when I want to share a print screen. It doesn't work with RingCentral. Is there a way to make this work?
