So a new customer of mine using deskphones and the ringcentral desktop app with headsets for calls. Upon making multiple parks for the office to use I found that when a user on the app tries to park a call it gives a generalized *(park which is then not found on the deskphones to be shared with the office. If the users are all set up to share parks how come the ringcentral desktop app users can't choose where to park a call? Is the RC Phone app still a usable app? Is the RingCentral desktop app supposed to allowing users to use the parks made in the portal?

Those links are not showing the RingCentral / Old Glip app that is now what customers are supposed to be using as an all in one option instead of having 3 apps on their phones or computers.
