Hello everyone, I’ve tried many times to complete the TCR, but it keeps getting denied.

I’d like to know how to request the porting of my number from RingCentral to another company.

Can I do it through the website?

Can I request it by email?

Could you help me?

For porting your number from RingCentral to another company, you’ll need to initiate the request with your new provider. They will handle the porting process and coordinate with RingCentral to make it happen. Unfortunately, it can’t be done directly through our website or via email, but your new provider will guide you through the next steps.

Your Account Number is actually your main RingCentral phone number, and the PIN you’ll need is your Voicemail PIN. If you’d like more detailed instructions on finding your RingCentral information for your new provider, check out this helpful article:

we have given you everttrhinv you ask for

pin 1234 

NO PIN now you want a vmail pin 3850 or maybe it is 1121

DAM it port the freaking # over to Phone2 


I have tried to port OUT my # from ring central for over 2 months . Ring central gave me all the Information needed to port out pin #’s , company name, address, admin name. Etc….. for over 2 months we have done EVERYTHING they have said to do in order to port OUT our phone number . The winning company has proof of sending information continuously to RingCentral with everything they are asking for , they continue to reject the port out. They have blocked me on FB for asking a ?, they will not help on email because it’s the same lie over and over again. I need this # otherwise I would just can cancel the whole darn thing and get a new #. Can any one with info on what to do help me please
