Can you tell me how I can remove my extension from receiving "all" incoming calls and only receiving calls "directly" to my extension? I work in an office with 20 others and somehow my extensions receives all incoming calls. Thanks.

Hi Mark, if those calls are from your Call Queue group. You may set your app to "do not accept queue calls." Check the KB article below on how to set it up.
