When any user logs out to RingCentral they lose their custom settings

When any users logs out of the RC App there custom settings are lost. If they close the app they are not lost. Is there a fix to prevent the custom settings from being reset, this includes the theme, headset customizations, etc. This issue causes several calls to the help desk or help desk tickets. As well as all the time required to fix the issue.

If there is not a fix for this, is there away that the log off function can be disabled.
