Looking for a way to gather important information on sales calls discussing where the prospect found us and other marketing info and would like to search all the transcripts from those calls. Should be an easy task, but I don’t see a way to do that.

Ideally we would be able to search the patterns of discussions, looking for objections, as to why we won or lost deals.

Quick clarifying question - are you using RingSense?
AI Assistant?

we have the same question and do not have RingSense.  Can it be done without RingSense?  Can it be done with RingSense?  Do we need RingSense on all users or just admin?

Hey, so my understanding is that the AI Assistant isn’t going to have the same kind of manager oversight of RingSense. You can learn a bit more about it HERE.

You will need RingSense licenses for anyone touching the platform - Admin who set it up, Manager that evaluates, and End User with the calls being monitored.
If you have additional questions, let me know. I have some connections! 😉

follow up question, looks like i should be able to view transcripts in my crm (Clio), see link:

can you verify this is active, thanks

I’m going to defer to @ByrneReese on this question.

@Will C. This feature is currently in beta, but yes, it is available. It will eventually require you to have a RingSense license, but in the short term you are free to try it out.

To try it out:

  1. In App Connect go to Settings
  2. Select Advanced features
  3. Toggle the Smart Notes (beta) feature on

Thank you Byrne, I will definitely give it a shot.  Unfortunately there is no way we could afford Ring Sense for our entire org, we have 95 seats, my guess is that this AI functionality will become so ubiquitous in the upcoming years with consumers expecting that functionality baked into all technology solutions that the secondary pricing model will go away, but what do I know, lol.  Thanks again for the quick reply and have a great day!

@Will C. This is very well timed feedback which I need to discuss with the pricing team. My advice to you: engage our sales team anyways. They want a chance to talk with you, and I have known them to work with customers to find a fair price given what features you plan to use.
