Differences in number of calls in Reports


Hi, Why is there a difference in the total number of calls by user in the Adoption & Usage Analytics reports and the Performance reports? The difference is quite large. My dates on the reports are the same, and I have no filters on them. Thanks!

Hi Mary!

I ran two reports, both for 01.01.2023 through 01.31.2023. On the Performance Reports, for our employee Sydney, she had 822 total calls. On the Adoption and Usage report, she had 630 total calls. On the Line of Business report, she had 897 calls. I don't understand why they are different and which is correct. Thanks!

Was there any advise on this? I have running into the same issue. None of our data matches when pulled by queue, user, group, etc. and we need to know what is correct
