When looking at a Performance Report in Analytics, how does the Avg Calls Per Day for a user calculate? Is this based on a 7 day a week schedule or is it based on what the user has specified for User Hours? Support told me it is 7 days a week which would make this report hard to calculate because we don't work 7 days a week.

Hey Brandon, the default Avg Calls Per Day is based on 7 days. However, if you leverage the custom date range, it will pull the average based on those number of days. So for you, I would pull the report weekly and select the 5 days your business does work
