Is there such a thing a subscription report that will include a line chart for trends similar to how they're shown in Reports -> Analytics? Right now it only displays a single row sheet.

There are only whole user's KPIs and Tables of Users or Queues with the KPIs in the reports. Trends are not included in reports right now. You may submit a feature request in our Ideas Portal if you want this to be added. The Product Team may add it in the future.
