Bullhorn: Call Log Issue

All company and user settings are confirmed to be correct. “Bullhorn options” match company listings in Bullhorn for actions. The system should be automatically logging that a call took place, but this is only happening occasionally if at all. Circumstances to get the logs to post cannot be replicated, and the primary issue is that they do not post. It may be that logs are being added retroactively due to to the pace of calls, but this cannot be confirmed as they are not evident on all accounts.

@AHParamount I am sorry for the delay in responding to this question. I have moved the question to the App Connect group in our community. I was wondering if these issues are still happening. We have made a lot of updates in the last 2 months, which we hope will have resolved any performance problems you were experiencing.
