Calls and text not logging in Clio

Calls and texts are not logging in Clio. They are not being saved automatically or manually. When trying to save manually it spins for a bit and returns to the history without showing the “contact created” and “log created” bars at the top.  I have tried connecting and reconnecting to Clio several times, even after clearing everything and installing from scratch.

For call records on call history page, are they shown as numbers or contact names? If numbers, it means those numbers are not matched with any contact from Clio, therefore won’t be able to log. If it shows names, then it should be a bug. However I tried it on my end and it works OK. We might want to set up a quick meeting to live debug it from you machine.
