When using the RC App Connect extension with Bullhorn (our ATS) we are unable to successfully use the extension. Either it is not logging calls in our ATS as it should, but most often we are receiving error messages saying “Cannot connect to the server. Please retry later.” with screenshots attached.
We are not able to make any calls, or ultimately click on anything until the error banner disappears or is exited out of. However, as we soon as we try to make another call the same error message pops up again to the point where colleagues are trying 5-6+ times to dial out and are not able to due to the extension. This is occurring in both office and WFH settings so not a network issue and have confirmed with our internal IT there are no security issues or obstacles that would be effecting this.
