Looks like the initial setup is not correct. Please try the following:
- Make sure the extension is closed. Go to chrome://extensions/ and find the extension
 	- “Details” → scroll down → “Extension options” → “Clear platform info”
 	- Go to Redtail page and login
 	- On Redtail dashboard page, you should be able to see am orange “R” button, click that so that initial setup can be configured. 
 
                
     
                                    
            Following up to @dakong’s answer above in which he defines how you can help reset the browser in specific ways to help reestablish functionality. This remedy though should not be something a user needs to do often, if ever. If you are experiencing a problem like this, please let us know so that we can investigate.
