I have an employee’s RingCentral Extension that will not give the option to login to Redtail. Not sure what to do from here. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the Ringcentral app and the chrome extension. Here is a picture of mine vs my employees. Any advice?
Following up to @dakong’s answer above in which he defines how you can help reset the browser in specific ways to help reestablish functionality. This remedy though should not be something a user needs to do often, if ever. If you are experiencing a problem like this, please let us know so that we can investigate.
