Need help with an initial setup of the Bullhorn integration

Hello, 

I’m a new RingCentral user setting up services for our company of 10 users. We were promised an integration with Bullhorn in the sales process and I’ve only been able to implement the Unified CRM Chrome Extension, however, this doesn’t seem to be working. Would someone be able to help with this? This is quite urgent as our numbers officially port on 10/18/24 and I’m only now getting the instruction to make this request here.
