RingCentral AppConnect Timeout

Since last Thursday we have been getting errors after calls that the RingCentral App Connect Extension has timed out while trying to post a log to Bullhorn. I’ve tried closing/reopening as well as completely logging the account out and repairing it to our ATS Bullhorn. This hasn’t fixed any issues and has lead to calls not post automatically.

@AHParamount Check to see what version of App Connect you are using, and check for updates in the App Connect community (where I have moved this question to). I think you will find a lot of recent updates there that will be help. 

In short: we have made lots of improvements and for most people on the lastest version, these types of errors are less frequent. We have a lot more to do, and won’t rest until Bullhorn performs equally to the other CRMs enabled by App Connect.
