Our single most requested feature is the generation and logging of call summaries and transcripts. Before the App Connect team takes a break for the holiday season, we wanted to give everyone a little gift: a quick preview of this feature, scheduled for release the first week of January.

With this feature, you can expect:

  • Automated Call Summaries: Summaries of your calls will be generated automatically, saving you time on note-taking and ensuring that critical details are documented accurately.
  • Transcripts Logging: Complete call transcripts will be logged into your CRM, providing a thorough record of all conversations for easy reference and follow-up.
  • Enhanced Documentation: Improve the quality and consistency of your call records, helping to maintain clear communication and valuable insights into customer interactions.
