As you might imagine, we are all focused on getting this resolved.Â
There’s not one person in our customer support and experience team that is not laser focused on getting down to the root cause.Â

I understand Ringcentral has an outage in the Americas. And it’s also affecting the contact center. Does anyone have another method to reach out to these guys? Their chats are down, their phone are down, & opening a ticket regarding the issue is down. There is no way of reaching out to these guys. Does someone have an email that can be used to address this issue?
This is is just to give the other readers more information on how this was addressed:
The only way I was able to contact anyone in Ringcentral was through Ms. Becky and Ms. Mary. Who advised me to speak with our account manager for ringcentral for further assistance regarding reimbursement for time lost. They were even able to provide me with our account manager’s information. I am still in the process of getting this resolved.
