How do I update the RingSense for CX licenses?  I can do it via inventory for our RingEX licenses, but not CX.  We have several CX users who had their agent licenses removed, but they are still showing up in our list of RingSense users.  They don’t have a RingSense license for EX or CX so shouldn’t be showing on the list at all.  The only thing I can think is that their RingSense for CX license is still active.
