CRM integration,

I like may other SME's in the UK use ACT! CRM. Are there any plans to have Seamless integration between the RingCentral phone system and ACT! CRM

Hi Graham, we have reached out to ACT! to discuss an integration but have no committed plans yet. It may be helpful if you also inquire about an integration with ACT! directly so we can build a good business case to invest in this.
