Is it possible to get amount of time call is being put in on-hold mode with some RC API?

It is also required to get amount of time in on-hold mode before get first anser and after initial answer?


I understand that is possible listening to Presence Event notification, paying attention to telephonyStatus parameter value, right?


Any other way to do this, perhaps?

How you would want to solve this would depend upon the needs/schema of your reporting system.

Could you provide a little more information about the reporting system, how you're accomplishing this goal currently, and some example code please?
